Little bear fire INFO
Ruidoso was recently threatened by the Little Bear Fire. We are back to our new normal. Here is the place to get updated information on the BAER (Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation) efforts. Included below are links to official information.
If you need comfort and support during this very difficult time, why not turn to one of our Churches for help? Many people in our Churches are going through the same thing.

First Hand - Evacuation StoriesEmail Pics@Ruidoso.com with your Evacuation stories and pictures. We will create a page on Ruidoso.com for your stories. Hopefully, this will help make others aware of the reality and terror of being caught in or near a forest fire. We want visitors to enjoy our village and area, but safely. Please, don't use profanity in telling your story. We will not edit or spell check (we will remove profanity). We do reserve the right to choose which stories/pictures to post. Please provide the area and/or street, time frame and any other details that you wish. |
